This bar is designed to mount your overhead reel onto so you can reel in you dredge or teaser and let it hang behind the outboard when you hookup to a fish making clearing the gear out of the water much faster and easier to reset the teaser ready to go again 

bar is made to suit 30 degree rod holders. It can be used on the bait board or in the rod holders on the side of the boat
